Churchhaven is a very small village which is located in the West Coast National Park, just outside the Postberg Flower Reserve. On the west side you have the Atlantic Ocean, and on the east you will find the crystal blue water of the lagoon with its white sandy beaches. The beautiful little fishing village, which could be recognised by its characteristic white-washed fishermen’s houses, is a place which you can enjoy in almost complete silence, and the people living and visiting are there for that exact reason. This is the perfect place for you to fully enjoy your relaxation moments in peace and quiet. Needless to say there is no nightlife in Churchhaven, but you could visit the nearby town of Langebaan if you wish to enjoy some entertainment.
Most of the people visiting Churchhaven are there for the gorgeous nature with its beautiful flowers. You can enjoy the ocean and the lagoon and take a swim or relax at the beach, but there are also popular activities available such as hiking, kayaking, cycling and sailing.
Churchhaven is a place where you can see and enjoy nature at its very best.
